People will be grouped together more neatly, allowing for any issues to be addressed quickly and with fewer problems. When less confusion and miscommunication is involved, a company can be more successful with what they do. They will not waste time with something that another company with no video conferences will have to deal with. This can help them stand out.
3. Shows Company Is Modern
It is always a good idea for a company or individual to show that they can move with the times. They want their customers to believe that they are up to date with technology, and that they are not rigid in their business plan. Three way video conferencing is modern and helpful; should any clients or anybody else of importance become aware of the fact that this is being used, it can only be beneficial. Video conferencing is not to be dismissed, and should be embraced by people that really want to get somewhere and accomplish something big.
