As businesses become more and more international, Corporations are starting to realize the value of being able to have a Video Telepresence when communicating and training across time zones. Technicians and engineers that can facilitate the data and communication technology will be highly sought after positions.

Cisco has taken the lead in providing Video Telepresence Equipment that allows companies to create an environment where they can have face to face real time communication. The word Telepresence represents a real time communication meeting that is similar to face to face.

A Certified Video Telepresence engineer is in high demand because they can provide the environment for effective business communications. Decisions need to be made about room size, lighting, room design, number of cameras, dress for conferences, and protocol on speaking.
